With this "travel blog," we aim to showcase SAR’s activities at all our locations along the coast, from Hammerfest in the north to Stavanger in the south. Our journey will also highlight the benefits of the excellent cooperation between our departments to best assist our customers in creating value from their waste. We have now reached the end of our journey, concluding in Tananger. In addition to service and operational activities, Tananger houses SAR’s headquarters.

Our annual survey is crucial for SAR to enhance our products and services in a way that meets our customers' needs, ensuring a positive experience in all interactions with us. The feedback helps us stay on course and, most importantly, correct and adjust where necessary. 

You have been in SAR for 20 years, what do you like the most about your job?

It's a fast-paced development, new things come up week by week. It can be academic, as well as collegial and social. SAR has given me the opportunity to work with a lot of different things, and I have never gotten bored. It is exciting professionally, and things are constantly appearing that make sense for the conservation of nature and a greener and more sustainable future.

On September 20. INDØKS held the largest career day of the year at the University of Stavanger.

Many different companies within technology, finance and management were present to meet and get to know the students.

SAR attended the event represented by three proud ambassadors. Throughout the day they shared information about the exciting opportunities available in SAR.

Good utilization of resources and capacity have been of great importance for the drill cuttings processing plant in Risavika for their sustained positive trend in operational flow and downtime. The operation has had a high production and our employees at the plant have really contributed to carrying out the work with good efficiency and  quality.
